The hotel is good from outside, but it must be old. The hallway is dirty and no privacy on the balcony. The lobby is good and so many businesses. Outside pool is beautiful and the pool bar is cozy.

Overall, I had a nice stay. The room could have been a little cleaner, as there was some dust, but it wasn’t a major issue. I also had to call to have the bathtub unclogged, though I understand it’s an older hotel and things like that can happen. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful. There was one employee who could have been a bit more welcoming, but everyone has off days. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it, especially because of its great location right on the boardwalk. I’d give it a 7/10.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. The hotel really has everything,pool, restaurant, bar and a gift shop. The gift shop also had necessities like toothbrushes(if you forgot yours) and bags of ice for your cooler. I didn't need to leave our hotel for much. I appreciated that as I have several young children and wanted to enjoy Long Beach days and dining in while allowing them age appropriate breaks/naps. Will definitely be back

Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. The floor was very dirty not clean at all. To not receive the room I selected was the icing on the cake. The little girl that assisted me was a lead and stated no she could not change my room. The place was not booked up which she lied and said it was. The pots in the kitchen was so used everything stuck. Before you all suggest a place check them out first. Because I booked through you all everything finger was pointed at Expedia
